The direct hire model involves a recruitment process identifying and presenting qualified candidates to our clients for a percentage of the candidates first year's salary. This fee is only payable after a candidates first day on the job, with 30 day terms. Olympia assumes all risk for the candidates first 90-Days to ensure they are the right cultural fit. We offer a 100% money back guarantee or we can replace the candidate if the client prefers. This model aligns the interests of both Olympia and our clients, as our fee depends on the success of the candidate long term.
